Experience the ultimate practice in rest and renewal. This 90-minute session combines the supported comfort of Restorative Yoga postures, the profound mental relaxation of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and the vibrational healing of Sound Relaxation. Allow yourself to completely let go, inviting deep rest for both the body and the nervous system.

Deep Rest session is suitable for all, but especially beneficial for those suffering from insomnia, anxiety, depression, headaches or other stress related conditions.
