Yoga & Eco-therapy Retreat
04/06 - 11 September 2026
Uzdrowisko,
Warmia District, Poland
"This retreat is not just a yoga holiday—it is a purposeful journey... to maximize your experience of grounding and deep restoration."
This retreat is your invitation to step away from the demands of modern life and sink into a week of profound restoration. The Warmia District, known for its pristine lakes, deep ancient forests, and rich spa traditions (uzdrowisko), provides the perfect backdrop for rediscovering balance.
Over seven nights, you will blend daily movement and breathwork—including energizing Vinyasa Flow and deeply grounding Restorative Yoga—with nature-based healing practices. Our eco-therapy sessions will introduce you to the transformative power of forest bathing, local herbalism, and earth connection meditations, rooted in the region's natural history.
Join a community dedicated to quiet contemplation, nourishing, locally-sourced cuisine, and the simple joy of being present in one of Europe's most unspoiled natural settings. Prepare to leave feeling rooted, refreshed, and deeply reconnected to your most authentic self.
The retreat location itself is a profound part of the healing process. Uzdrowisko (which literally translates to "Health Resort" or "Spa") is a setting with a strong inherent connection to natural healing traditions.
The Sanctuary of the Land: The Warmia District is known for its pure, untouched natural beauty—dense forests, clean air, and serene landscapes. This area, with its history of Polish spa and health resorts, is inherently conductive to well-being.
Unplug and Connect: The natural park setting offers unparalleled opportunities for hiking and nature connection. Stepping onto the Earth, feeling the forest floor beneath your feet, and breathing the clean, quiet air is the most direct way to balance the Earth element.
A Haven for Restoration: The philosophy of a resort named Uzdrowisko is centered on regeneration. The setting offers not just accommodation, but a space specifically designed to facilitate your break from the stress of everyday life, ensuring you can fully dedicate yourself to the process of rooting and rising.
Daily Grounding Yoga Practice: Morning sessions of classic Hatha to build physical strength, cultivate stability,
Evening Deep Work: Calming sessions of Yin Yoga for deep connective tissue release and Restorative Yoga for a profound rest and Somatic Yoga for nervous system regulation.
Pranayama for Steadiness: Guided breathwork sessions focusing on Dirga Swasam (Three-Part Breath) and Sama Vritti (Box Breathing) to enhance focus and inner calm.
Chakra Alignment Focus: Specific practices and meditations dedicated to balancing the Muladhara (Root Chakra).
Elemental Mandala Flow: Specialized workshop blending Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Dynamic Vinyasa to connect with the Earth Element.
7 or 5 Nights Accommodation: A restful stay at Uzdrowisko, where modern comfort meets rustic charm. Each room is designed to be a quiet haven for integration after your daily practices.
Nourishing Vegetarian Meals: Experience "farm-to-table" in its truest form. Our daily menus feature wholesome, seasonal vegetarian cuisine designed to fuel your body and soothe your digestive system.
Workshops on the Theme: Deepen your understanding through sessions focused on Grounding, Stability, and Physical Strength. These workshops go beyond the mat, providing tools to maintain your inner "root system" long after you return home.
Nature Connection & Forest Bathing: With direct access to a nearby natural park, you will engage in guided walks and silent meditations among ancient trees—the ultimate practice for nervous system regulation.
We believe that connecting with the Earth also means connecting with the spirit of the land. Our guided excursions allow you to discover the hidden gems of the Warmia District:
Warmian Trail Discovery: Explore the unique architecture and "sacred warmia" shrines that dot the rolling landscape, offering a glimpse into the region’s storied past.
Lakeside Reflection: A visit to one of the pristine local lakes for a lakeside meditation session. The stillness of the water provides a perfect mirror for the stability we cultivate in our practice.
Local Artisan Visit: Depending on the season, we may visit a local organic farm or apiary to taste the regional honey and herbs that make this district a "Health Resort" in every sense.
Note: All excursions are paced to complement the retreat’s restorative energy—ensuring you feel inspired by your surroundings without ever feeling rushed.
Access to the retreat centre's tranquil communal areas and beautiful natural grounds.
Free time for reflection, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful Polish countryside.
The opportunity to connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
Access to specific amenities like Sauna and Hot Tub.
Extra treatments such as massage will be available directly through Uzdrowisko at an additional cost.
Nestled within the rolling hills and ancient woodlands of the Warmia District, the communal space at Uzdrowisko serves as a modern sanctuary for connection and quiet reflection. Designed to blur the lines between the wild Polish landscape and refined interior comfort, this area is the social soul of the retreat.
The architecture pays homage to Warmian traditions, featuring reclaimed timber beams and hand-pressed ceramics that echo the region’s artisanal heritage. Floor-to-ceiling windows act as living frames for the changing seasons, flooding the room with the amber light characteristic of Northern Poland.
The Central Hearth: A massive stone fireplace that serves as a natural gathering point for evening storytelling and warmth.
Artisanal Library: A curated collection of local literature and botanical guides, perfect for slow afternoons.
Tea & Infusion Bar: Featuring wild-harvested herbs from the surrounding meadows, such as nettle, linden, and elderberry.
Panoramic Terrace: An extension of the indoor space that offers unobstructed views of the mist-covered valleys.
