Deep Rest & Sound

🧘‍♀️ Restore & Reconnect Your Body & Mind

Step into a sanctuary of stillness with our 90 minutes session of Deep Rest session, a fusion of gentle physical healing and sonic tranquility.

This session combines:

  • Restorative Yoga (60 minutes): Utilizing props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Restorative Yoga supports your body in passive, extended holds. This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system ("rest and digest"), effortlessly melting away chronic tension and encouraging profound physical relaxation without strain.

  • Calming Sound Bath (30 minutes): While you rest deeply in the supported poses, the therapeutic vibrations of a Sound Bath—featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs—will wash over you. The resonant frequencies help quiet the mind, release emotional blocks, and guide you into a state of deep meditative peace.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Classes are delivered at Watson House Studio in Morpeth or online

  • Minimum 3 participants are required for the session to go ahead.

  • FÕM Yoga reserves the right to cancel the session in case of low numbers or participants.
