Hatha Harmony

🧘‍♀️ Align your body. Awaken your breath. Discover the heart of Hatha.

Find your center and refine your practice in our Hatha Harmony signature session. This 75-minutes journey is designed to bridge the gap between physical effort and mental stillness, offering a deep dive into the true essence of Hatha Yoga.

What to Expect:

In this class, we move beyond simple stretching. We focus on the "Ha" (Sun) and "Tha" (Moon) — balancing your active energy with your restorative calm.

Refined Alignment: We prioritize the integrity of every posture. Through mindful adjustments and intentional cues, you’ll build a safe, strong foundation that respects your body’s unique anatomy.

Conscious Breathwork: Learn to use Pranayama (breath control) as a tool to steady the mind. We integrate specific breathing techniques throughout the flow to deepen your focus and expand your lung capacity.

The True Essence of Hatha: Experience yoga as it was intended—as a moving meditation. By holding poses longer and breathing deeper, you will cultivate the "steady and comfortable" state (Sthira Sukham) that defines a traditional Hatha practice.

Perfect For: All levels of practitioners looking to slow down, build strength through precision, and leave the mat feeling balanced and profoundly centered.

Embodied Flow

🧘‍♀️ Cultivate Presence. Release Tension. Move from Within.

"The body is the instrument of our soul. In Somatic Flow, we take the time to tune it."

In a world that often demands we move faster, Embodied Flow is your invitation to do the opposite. This practice isn't just about what your body can do; it’s about how your body feels.

Embodied Flow blends the mindful fluidity of Vinyasa yoga with the gentle, internal focus of Somatic Movement. Instead of pushing for the "perfect" pose, we prioritize the internal experience of moving.

You can expect:

Mind-Body Reconnection: We use slow, deliberate movements to "re-map" the nervous system, helping you identify and release areas of chronic tension (sensory-motor amnesia).

Fluid Transitions: A low-impact, rhythmic flow that feels more like a moving meditation than a workout.

Nervous System Regulation: Techniques designed to shift you out of "fight or flight" and into a state of deep restorative rest.

Intuitive Exploration: Space to explore how your unique bone structure and muscles want to move, rather than following a rigid blueprint.

Improved Mobility: Increases functional range of motion without the strain of aggressive stretching.

Deep Presence: Develops a profound sense of self-awareness and self-compassion.

Somatic Surrender

🕉️ Unwind Deeply with Somatic Surrender!

Escape the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your internal landscape. Somatic Surrender is a curated 90-minute immersion designed to down-regulate your nervous system, release deep-seated tension, and lead you into a state of profound restorative rest.

This session blends the fluid intelligence of Somatic Movement, the therapeutic touch of Thai Yoga Massage, and the vibrational healing of sound.

Let go of tension with long, supported stretches guided by expert touch and breath. Conclude your journey with a dreamy half an hour-long Crystal Bowls Sound Journey for ultimate relaxation.

The Experience:

1. Somatic Flow

We begin with gentle, floor-based somatic movements. Unlike traditional exercise, this flow focuses on internal sensation rather than external form. Through slow, conscious micro-movements, you will "unlearn" chronic tension patterns, hydrate your fascia, and prepare your body to receive deeper bodywork.

2. Assisted Thai Yoga Massage

As you settle into stillness, the practitioner incorporates elements of Thai Yoga Massage. Using rhythmic pressure, gentle stretching, and energy line work, this "lazy man’s yoga" opens the joints and encourages the flow of Prana (life force). This phase is designed to melt away physical blockages without any effort on your part.

3. Sacred Sound Bath (30 Minutes)

The journey concludes in a state of total surrender. Bathed in the frequencies of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments, you will drift into a meditative theta state. The vibrations work at a cellular level to harmonize the mind and integrate the physical releases experienced earlier in the session.

Benefits of Somatic Surrender:

Deep Nervous System Reset: Shifts the body from "Fight or Flight" to "Rest and Digest."

Enhanced Mobility: Releases "sensory-motor amnesia" and improves joint fluidity.

Mental Clarity: Clears the mental fog through vibrational sound therapy.

Emotional Release: Provides a safe space to process and let go of stored stress.

"The body heals in stillness. The mind heals in silence. The soul heals in peace."

What to bring: Comfortable, layered clothing (socks are recommended). All mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided to ensure your total comfort.

No yoga experience needed! All levels welcome.

Note: This class involves hands-on Thai Yoga Massage assists.

Thai Yoga Massage

💆‍♀️ Experience the magic of Passive Yoga

Rooted in the Buddhist tradition, Thai Yoga Massage is as much meditation in action as it is a powerful therapy for body, mind and spirit. It combines acupressure with applied yoga stretching.

The term ‘Thai Yoga Massage’ is used today mostly by western practitioners who have learned, practice and respect the ancient art of traditional Thai Massage and relate their practice to the ancient tradition and its origins in Ayurveda, Yoga and Buddhism.

Thai Yoga Massage Therapy (TYMT) is not merely a style of Thai massage. It is a form of bodywork that benefits both the giver and receiver. It has evolved into a unique and magical combination of deep stretching, rhythmic compression, soft-tissue manipulation, gentle rocking, energy balancing and acupressure. It is performed in a slow, relaxing pace, bringing benefits to skeleto-muscular, nervous, metabolic and other systems of our body, mind and soul. The giver remains focused on their own body centre, aware of not creating any tension, using properly their body weight and leverage, maintaining pure intension, open mind and warm heart.

Thai Massage works on an energy line system (the Ten Sen) through which the body’s natural life force flows. Hands, feet and elbows are used to apply pressure to important points along these lines to clear blockages that can be the cause of aches, pains and even disease. This pressure, along with gentle stretching and applied Hatha yoga, releases blocked energy and frees the body’s own natural healing potential to restore balance, health and harmony.

A TYMT session is conducted on a thick cushion on the floor, the client wears loose, comfortable clothing and will be taken through dynamic combinations of techniques that move, stretch and twist them while they are positioned on their back, side, front and in a sitting position on the floor. The massage affects the entire body by increasing flexibility, releasing both deep and superficial tension, enhancing the body’s natural energy flow and promoting inner peace and a quiet mind.

*All treatments take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. This will include initial consultation, treatment and some post discussion.

**Prior to your massage you will be requested to fill out a medical questionnaire.

60 min – £60 per session

90 min – £80 per session
