Ready to roll into a deeper practice? Whether you're looking to conquer your fear of backdrops or simply need to massage out a week’s worth of desk-slumping, our Wheel Yoga Workshop is designed to help you find space, stability, and a bit of play.

The yoga wheel is a transformative tool that supports the spine’s natural curve while offering a challenge to your balance and core. In this session, we’ll move beyond the basics to explore how the wheel can assist in opening the heart, shoulders, and hip flexors.

What to Expect:

- Heart Opening: Deep, supported backbends to counteract "tech neck" and chest tightness.

- Balance & Core: Dynamic sequences that use the wheel to challenge your stability and engage your midsection.

- Deep Stretching: Using the wheel’s rolling motion to safely increase flexibility in the hamstrings and quads.

- Spinal Massage: Learning rolling techniques to release tension along the entire length of the spine.

Workshop Details:

- Level: All levels welcome (from "wheel-curious" beginners to seasoned practitioners).

- Focus: Spinal mobility, balance, and restorative opening.

- What to bring: Your mat and an open mind. (Wheels are provided, but feel free to bring your own!)
