Throughout the weekend, you will be gently guided through a rich programme focused on internal sensation and deep self-care, including:
Somatic Practices & Yoga to release chronic tension and cultivate profound mind-body awareness.
Somatic Ecstatic Dance to move freely, express emotion, and regulate your nervous system through joyful, uninhibited motion.
A Women's Circle to connect, share, and be held by a supportive community.
A restorative Face Yoga session to naturally refresh and tone the facial muscles.
Join us for four days of rest, reflection, and radical self-acceptance. This is your time to come home to yourself.

This practice invites participants into a deeply mindful practice that focuses on the internal experience rather than external form. Somatic Yoga blends gentle yoga movements with somatic awareness principles to enhance the mind-body connection.
Attendees are guided through slow, subtle, and often repetitive movements designed to consciously release chronic muscle tension that has been held in the body. The practice works to retrain the nervous system and resolve habitual holding patterns, which can be a root cause of stiffness and chronic pain.
Participants will learn tools for deep self-listening and interoception. They will leave with a greater understanding of their body’s intelligence and practical techniques for moving with ease, helping them to cultivate lasting relaxation and improved posture.
This dynamic and liberating workshop invites participants to experience movement as a profound form of self-expression and nervous system regulation. The practice merges the mindful, internal focus of somatics with the free, uninhibited joy of ecstatic dance.
Attendees are guided through structured exercises to ground the body and build internal awareness before moving into a safe, non-judgmental free-form dance space. There is no choreography to follow; the movement is completely self-led and responsive to internal sensation.
The goal is to provide a powerful opportunity to release stored emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate joy through authentic, embodied movement. Participants leave feeling energized, centered, and deeply connected to their inner self.
This weekend, we delve into Face Yiga, the therapeutic art of rejuvenating and maintaining beautiful, glowing skin.
This engaging workshop introduces the techniques of Face Yoga, a natural, holistic approach to facial fitness and well-being. You will learn a series of targeted exercises, massage techniques, and mindful movements designed to strengthen and tone the 57 muscles of the face and neck.
Discover how to naturally smooth tension, reduce the appearance of fine lines, improve lymphatic drainage, and cultivate a brighter, more relaxed complexion. Leave with a personalized routine to integrate self-care and confidence into your daily life.
This engaging, hands-on workshop invites participants to demystify their beauty routines and learn the fundamentals of natural and clean skincare formulation. Attendees will gain knowledge about which ingredients truly nourish the skin and which are best avoided.
The instructor guides participants step-by-step through creating their own bespoke products, using only high-quality, botanical oils, essential extracts, and ethically sourced raw ingredients. This allows guests to experiment and tailor products specifically to their unique skin type and needs.
Each attendee will leave the workshop with two or three personalized products (such as a custom face oil, luscious face mist or exfoliating scrub) and the confidence required to read labels and formulate simple, effective skincare routines at home. The goal is to encourage beautiful skin using ingredients one can truly trust.
A Women's Circle is a sacred and non-judgmental gathering where people who identify as women come together to share, connect, and support one another.
It is an ancient practice that has seen a modern resurgence, offering a dedicated space to step away from daily life and focus on community, self-reflection, and inner wisdom.
The foundation is a commitment to confidentiality, deep listening, and zero judgment. Everyone sits in a circle, symbolizing equality and ensuring every voice is valued. Participants are invited (but never obligated) to share personal stories, emotions, and challenges, fostering vulnerability and deep connection (sisterhood).
Circles often include elements like intention-setting, guided meditation, journaling, or small rituals to help participants ground themselves and connect with their feminine energy.
The core purpose is to be seen, heard, and supported by a community, reminding women they are not alone in their experiences
Women's Circle will be guided by Women's Mentor and Helen S Heart from Heart Open Holistics.
At Soma & Soul, we invite you to experience the gentle power of a traditional Cacao Ceremony—a sacred ritual designed to help you drop out of the "thinking mind" and into the "feeling heart."
Used for centuries as a plant medicine, ceremonial-grade cacao is more than just a drink; it is a facilitator for emotional release, heightened intuition, and deep inner peace.
We gather in a circle, setting personal intentions as we sip warm, ethically sourced cacao.
Unlike the caffeine jitters, cacao contains theobromine, which offers a soft, sustained energy that opens the cardiovascular system and relaxes the body.
Guided by meditation, soft music, or reflective journaling, the ceremony allows you to process emotions and connect authentically with yourself and the women around you.
Holistic Treatments (at extra cost),
Beautiful countryside walks on the doorstep,
Meeting the Alpacas,
Possible excursion to Holy Island (depending on the crossing times), Berwick or Bamburgh.
This retreat is specifically designed for women who are ready to move beyond the mental chatter and reconnect with the profound wisdom held within their body and spirit.

This dosha, associated with the air and ether elements, can become easily aggravated during autumn, leading to feelings of restlessness, dryness, and anxiety.
