Chronic stress doesn't just live in the mind; it embeds itself in our physical tissues and nervous system. This session is designed to bridge the gap between brain and body, helping you break the cycle of "holding" tension.

Rather than pushing through a traditional workout, we use slow, deliberate movements to target the sensory-motor system. This process helps "reset" your muscles to their natural resting length and shifts your nervous system from a state of high-alert into deep recovery.

The Practice Protocol

Neuromuscular Re-education: Using gentle "pandiculation" to release tight muscle patterns and target "Sensory Motor Amnesia," helping your brain remember how to relax muscles that have stayed tight for years

Vagal Tone Support: Targeted breathing and movement to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Interoceptive Awareness: Building your ability to sense and regulate your internal state.

Functional Mobility: Improving how you move in everyday life, free from habitual pain.

Session Information:

Suitability: Ideal for those dealing with burnout, chronic tightness, or anyone seeking a science-backed way to decompress.

What to bring: All equipment is provided, simply wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.

Note: This is a low-impact, floor-based practice. No flexibility or prior yoga experience is required—just a willingness to slow down and listen.
