
Weekly Hatha Yoga classes at Warkworth Memorial Hall, Northumberland.
Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques to channel vital energy “Prana” by connecting breath, body, and mind. Classes are 60 minutes long and include centering & grounding meditation, breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and final chant of ‘Om’ Mantra.
Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels including beginners.
Session are delivered at the Warkworth Memorial Hall in a weekly based (excluding half terms and bank holidays).
What to bring:
If you don't have your own mat, please give me a shout and I'll provide one for you.
