
Freedom Flow is more than just a workout; it’s a moving meditation designed to help you break free from the "stuck" energy of daily life. This session blends the structure of traditional Vinyasa with the fluid grace of intuitive movement, encouraging you to listen to your body’s unique rhythm rather than just following a rigid script.
In this practice, we prioritize breath-to-movement synchronization to quiet the mind and energize the spirit.
Fluid Transitions: We move through creative sequences that emphasize transitions as much as the poses themselves.
Intuitive Space: You’ll be invited to explore "micro-movements"—gentle sways or stretches within a pose—to find what feels best for you.
Dynamic Pace: Expect a moderate tempo that builds heat, improves flexibility, and releases tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders.
Soulful Savasana: We conclude with a deep, restorative rest to integrate the energy you’ve cultivated.

Wear comfortable, layered clothing (socks are recommended for relaxation).
Bring bottle of water.
All mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided to ensure your total comfort.
Classes are delivered at Watson House Studio in Morpeth or online
Minimum 3 participants are required for the session to go ahead.
Freedom of Movement Yoga reserves the right to cancel the class if there is a low numbers or participants.
In case of cancellation your booking will be forwarded to the next available date or class will be refunded back to the Pass you've purchased to be used at any other session.
