Find your center and refine your practice in our Hatha Harmony signature session. This 75-minutes journey is designed to bridge the gap between physical effort and mental stillness, offering a deep dive into the true essence of Hatha Yoga.

What to Expect:

In this class, we move beyond simple stretching. We focus on the "Ha" (Sun) and "Tha" (Moon) — balancing your active energy with your restorative calm.

Refined Alignment: We prioritize the integrity of every posture. Through mindful adjustments and intentional cues, you’ll build a safe, strong foundation that respects your body’s unique anatomy.

Conscious Breathwork: Learn to use Pranayama (breath control) as a tool to steady the mind. We integrate specific breathing techniques throughout the flow to deepen your focus and expand your lung capacity.

The True Essence of Hatha: Experience yoga as it was intended—as a moving meditation. By holding poses longer and breathing deeper, you will cultivate the "steady and comfortable" state (Sthira Sukham) that defines a traditional Hatha practice.

Perfect For: All levels of practitioners looking to slow down, build strength through precision, and leave the mat feeling balanced and profoundly centered.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Classes are delivered at Watson House Studio in Morpeth or online

  • Minimum 3 participants are required for the class to go ahead.

  • Freedõm of Movement Yoga reserves the right to cancel the class in case of low numbers or participants.

  • In case of cancellation your booking will be forwarded to the next available date or Class Pass Voucher will be issued to used at any other session.
