Experience ultimate relaxation with the 75 minute Deep Sleep Session, meticulously crafted to guide you into profound rest and inner harmony.

Join us and discover the power of true deep rest. No previous yoga experience is necessary. All equipment is provided.

This transformative experience combines:

  • 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): This guided meditation practice systematically relaxes your body and mind, leading you to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It's renowned for releasing deep-seated tension, boosting mental clarity, and providing restorative rest that can feel equivalent to hours of conventional sleep.

  • 30 minutes of Calming Sound Bath: Following your Yoga Nidra, immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of a Sound Bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These resonant tones wash over you, encouraging your brainwaves to slow down further (into the Theta and Delta states) and sealing the restorative benefits of your session.
