Embodied Flow is an immersive, somatic practice that invites you to trust the wisdom of your body and connect deeply with your inner experience. Moving beyond standard yoga routines, this class embodies true Freedom of Movement, prioritizing sensation over shape.

What is Embodied Flow?

In this session, your movement is guided by internal cues, breath, and interoception (your body's "felt sense"). We explore dynamic, non-linear transitions that cultivate fluidity, self-awareness, and self-trust.

Benefits of the Practice:

  • Deepen Presence: Experience movement as a meditation, anchoring you fully in the present moment.

  • Release Chronic Tension: Gently shift patterns of holding by listening to and honoring your body's signals.

This session is suitable for all levels of experience—simply bring an open mind and a willingness to move authentically.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Classes are delivered at Watson House Studio in Morpeth or online

  • Minimum 3 participants are needed for the class to go ahead.

  • FÕM Yoga reserves the right to cancel the class on case of low numbers or participants.
