Bring the sanctuary to your living room. Our Online Hatha Yoga sessions are designed to help you hit the "reset" button, combining physical postures, mindful breathing, and functional alignment to create a sense of steady, quiet strength.

Hatha is the "foundation" of all yoga styles. In these sessions, we hold poses slightly longer than a fast-paced flow, allowing you to refine your technique, build stamina, and truly inhabit each movement. It’s the perfect middle ground between effort and ease.

The Virtual Experience

Just because we’re meeting through a screen doesn't mean the connection is lost. These sessions are crafted to be as immersive and supportive as an in-person studio class.

Guided Alignment: Clear, verbal cues and visual demonstrations to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively at home.

Breathwork (Pranayama): Every session begins or ends with dedicated breathing exercises to settle the mind and boost energy.

Accessible Variations: I provide modifications for every level, whether you have a full set of props or are using a stack of books and a firm pillow.

Mindful Pacing: We move with intention, giving you the space to transition smoothly and avoid the "rush" of daily life.
